Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dablaig's website and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Dablaig provides transcription, live transcription, and dubbing for audio and video content. We may add, remove, or change features at any time. Some features may be offered in beta and provided as-is.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to process, including content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Use the Services to generate unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or harmful material, or to impersonate another person without their consent.
• Clone a person's voice without their explicit, informed permission.
• Interfere with, probe, or reverse-engineer the Services, or attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
• Use the Services to build a competing product.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transform that content solely as needed to deliver the Services to you. We do not use your content to train third-party models without your explicit consent.

5. Output

Transcripts, captions, and dubbed audio produced by the Services (“Output”) are provided to you to use for your own lawful purposes. AI-generated Output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or publishing it.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the rate shown on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or fail to pay fees when due. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (for example, ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DABLAIG WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Dablaig against claims arising from your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or from content you submit to the Services.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dablaig is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
